Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). 
- During peak times (e.g., holidays or promotions), processing times may increase slightly due to high demand. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
  
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Free Shipping is available on orders over $50.00 (domestic only).
  
Domestic Shipping
- We offer several shipping options for orders within the U.S. through standard carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). 
- Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited options are available at an additional cost.
  
International Shipping
- We currently offer international shipping to select countries. 
- Shipping times vary by destination but generally take **7-21 business days**. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.
  
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
  
Shipping Delays
- While we strive to meet our shipping estimates, unforeseen circumstances (weather, carrier delays, etc.) may occasionally delay shipments. 
- If you experience a significant delay, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.
  
Lost or Stolen Packages
- A Mutha's Chaos Corner is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
  
Incorrect Shipping Information
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional shipping charges to reship.
  
Shipping Restrictions
- At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
